Client Registration Terms & Conditions

1. Registration Period: Client registrations are valid for 60 days from the date submitted, unless otherwise extended in writing by Sheffield Homes.
2. Agent Recognition: Sheffield Homes will recognize the registering agent as the client’s representative during the registration period, provided the client has not previously engaged with Sheffield Homes directly or been registered by another agent.
3. Renewal: Registrations may be renewed upon request prior to expiration.
4. Compensation: Commission and referral compensation are subject to Sheffield Homes’ standard broker policy and a fully executed purchase agreement.
5. Confidentiality: All information submitted is kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of assisting the client in their homebuilding process.
6. Sheffield Discretion: Sheffield Homes reserves the right to verify client information and decline duplicate or conflicting registrations.
