Our Design-Build Process

Interview Custom Home Builders

The first step in your journey is finding the right team. Interview custom home builders to ensure you partner with a company that aligns with your vision and values.

Consultation

Let’s connect! Schedule a consultation to learn about our process and how we can help design and build your ideal home, including tips on selecting the right lot.

Find the Perfect Lot

We can help you find the ideal lot for your custom home, working with real estate agents to identify any potential building challenges and avoid costly surprises.

Design and Budget

We collaborate with you and an architect to design your custom home, including working with our interior designer to select finishes, ensuring every detail is tailored to your vision. At the end, we’ll provide a complete project budget.

Construction

Once your construction loan is secured and the contract signed, we begin building. The construction phase lasts 8 to10 months, with real-time updates on schedules, budgets, and progress via CoConstruct’s app and website.

Warranty

We back our homes with a strong warranty and ongoing support. Our partnership extends beyond the build, ensuring your new home remains a place where your family can thrive for years to come.
